Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of placing the order at no cost. Any change after that will not be considered. Promo codes and discount codes cannot be applied post-order.

You can return any unopened item in its original packing, hassle-free within 4 days of receiving the shipment in order to get a full refund. The return courier charges will not be borne by Ghoom.

Custom print orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. We ensure to get a written confirmation on the print before it goes into manufacturing to avoid any errors.

Our backend is very thorough and we ensure that all products reach you with zero-error, in a timely manner and safely. If for any reason the product you receive is in a damaged condition, wrong or tampered with please make sure to click multiple photos of the unopened package and share it with us at [email protected] within 3 hours of receiving the shipment.  Once we vet the complaint with our back-end and shipping partner, we will approve the refund.

Approved refunds are credited within 10 working days to the same payment mode originally used to make payment while placing the order.
