How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners within 10 days of placing the order

For custom print orders, once we receive your written confirmation approving the artwork, it will take a minimum of 3 days for printing

We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

In an unlikely event where we are unable to ship your order within 10 days, we will send you an email informing you about it. If you wish to continue the order we will provide you with an updated estimated date of delivery. If you wish you cancel the order due to the delay, we will refund the complete amount to your account with 7 working days

In case delivery times are affected by factors beyond our control– unexpected delays from our courier partner due to weather, festivals, political disruptions, strikes or pandemics – Ghoom will not be held responsible

For all orders a nominal shipping fee will be applied. This is subject to change based on the size and quantity of the order

If the delivery destination location is remote, a surcharge will be applied per shipment. You will be explicitly informed about the charges at checkout or via email

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you and you can start tracking your order.

You can also log-in ‘My Account’ on the website to track your order. Shipping transit time varies from 3-10 days based on your location

If you believe the product is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, take multiple photos as proof and contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will evaluate the issue raised and if we believe the error was from our end, we will initiate a replacement accordingly.

We do not deliver internationally. You can place an order anywhere from the world, as long as Indian currency is used as a mode of payment and the address of delivery is in India
